1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyFast.ai services, including our Smart AI Voice Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.
2. Service Description
MyFast.ai provides a customized Smart AI Voice Agent service designed for service businesses. Our AI Voice Agent is trained specifically on your business and provides the following capabilities:
- Answering live inbound phone calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Booking appointments directly to your calendar
- Answering complex questions about your business, services, and pricing
- Making sales and converting callers into paying customers
- Sending real-time notifications of every call, booking, and lead
The service is fully set up and configured by MyFast.ai on your behalf. You choose your agent's voice (male or female) and name, and we handle the rest.
3. Subscription and Pricing
- The Smart AI Voice Agent service is billed at a flat monthly rate
- There are no setup fees — the complete setup is included at no additional cost
- Usage is unlimited — there are no per-call charges, minute limits, or hidden fees
- All features are included in the single monthly subscription price
- Subscribers who sign up during a promotional period receive a Price Lock Forever Guarantee, meaning your rate will never increase for as long as your subscription remains active
- Payments are due in advance on a monthly basis
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
4. Cancellation Policy
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the promotional rate from your original signup is not guaranteed.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information for AI Voice Agent training (services offered, pricing, business hours, policies, etc.)
- Ensure all business data and training materials you provide comply with applicable laws
- Monitor your AI Voice Agent's call interactions and notify us of any issues
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Ensure your use of the AI Voice Agent complies with telephone and communication regulations, including TCPA and state-specific telecom laws
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our AI Voice Agent service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, carrier outages, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
7. Data and Privacy
Your business data, call recordings, and customer interactions are important to us. We use the information you provide solely to train and operate your AI Voice Agent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.
8. Intellectual Property
The MyFast.ai platform, AI models, voice technology, software, and related technologies are the intellectual property of MyFast.ai and are protected by applicable laws. You retain full ownership of your business data and training materials. By using our service, you grant MyFast.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to use your business data solely for the purpose of training and operating your AI Voice Agent.
9. Limitation of Liability
MyFast.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Smart AI Voice Agent service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed opportunities, or inaccurate AI responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the preceding three (3) months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time. To cancel your subscription, you must contact us directly by calling 1-888-312-8088. Cancellations are not accepted via email, online account actions, or any other method — you must speak with a team member by phone to process your cancellation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms, abusive use, fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for retrieval, after which it may be permanently deleted.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our service. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.
