2. How We Use Your Information
- AI Voice Agent Training: To train and customize your dedicated AI Voice Agent on your specific business — your services, pricing, policies, and FAQs — so it can answer calls naturally and accurately
- Service Delivery: To answer inbound calls, book appointments to your calendar, respond to caller questions, and process sales on your behalf
- Notifications: To send you real-time alerts about calls, bookings, and new leads

Call recordings and interaction logs are retained for up to 24 months for service quality purposes and may be anonymized thereafter. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for retrieval, after which it may be permanently deleted upon request.
